Shipments
All our orders will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt.
Shipping by certified Post (Correos España)
The delivery time for national orders is 4 to 7 business days from the time the order is processed. The shipping cost is € 4 for orders less than € 100 and free for orders higher than that price.
The delivery time for orders in European countries is 10 to 15 business days from the time the order is processed. The shipping cost is € 7 for orders lower than € 250 and free for orders higher than that price.
The delivery time for international orders outside Europe is 15 to 20 business days from the time the order is processed. The shipping cost is € 8 for orders lower than € 300 and free for orders higher than that price.
Shipping by Express Post (Correos España)
The delivery time for national orders with express post is 24 to 48 hours from the time the order is processed. The shipping cost is € 6.5 for orders below € 100 and free for orders higher than that price.
The delivery time for orders in the European countries with Express Post is 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is processed. The shipping cost is € 13 for orders lower than € 250 and free for orders higher than that price.
The delivery time for international orders outside Europe with Express Post is 7 business days from the time the order is processed. The shipping cost is € 16 for orders lower than € 300 and free for orders higher than that price.

Changes and returns
All jewels are subject to a refund in the following cases:
-The piece has arrived to the client in a poor conditions
-The size requested does not fit accordingly
-The client wants to change the piece for another item.
The returns must be completed within a maximum period of 30 days from the reception day of the item and the piece must be sent back without any signs of usage. Shipping costs will be assumed by the customer except in the first case scenario; which is, if the product arrives to the client in poor condition.
If that´s the case and the piece has arrived to the client in poor condition, it will be replaced at no additional to the client.
Josep Roca will authorize the return once the customer has contacted us and we have been able ensure that the piece was damaged at the time of reception. In other cases, the return costs will be assumed by the client.
